Was very happy with the AC installation Brett did. His pricing was competitive and he was able to get it done sooner than almost anyone else who I got a quote from.

We went back and forth a ton and he thoroughly answered all questions and was very accommodating.  Even when I had follow up questions, that same level of service remained.

Brett was fantastic!  he showed up very quick even though its Saturday evening. He had my furnace fixed in 25 min! He made sure to go through everything very detailed and in layman‘s terms so I could understand.  I highly recommend this company I will never call anybody else moving forward. Brett came out to my 87 year old neighbours house on Sunday evening to diagnose the problem with her furnace. He then showed up Monday morning and had it all fixed in 2 hours and even brought her new furnace filters. He was very kind and professional!! Subzero Mechanical is our new go to for any problems or maintenance we have!  As a Bar we have many coolers & freezers as well as a ice machine all of which Brett was knowledgeable on but above that he was able to explain any problems clearly meanwhile being  transparent on costs. Brett was great to deal with, we needed someone to come out on a Sunday to repair our furnace. Brett had no problems coming out, he also managed to get our furnace working and gave me some great advice for maintaining it when needed in the future.
