 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had issues with my water heater, I was confident it was time to replace.  I got Brett's number from a family friend and called. Immediately he asked about troubleshooting instead of just trying to make a sale. I explained what I had done, took some pictures. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone and within 24-48 hours he was here at 4 pm on a Friday (which i feel is pretty uncommon for non-emergency services especially since we had been texting back and forth at 6:30 am that morning)  By 6 pm old water heater was out, new water heater was in.  Total cost was about half of what someone quoted me earlier.  Very happy and will never call anyone else for any similar services. It is nice when you find a business you can trust and rely on and I can tell he runs his business with this in mind.  Thanks again

The team is amazing and helped us in a bind to locate the parts, get our heat going in cold temps. The staff are lovely and responsive. No issues with mechanical therafter.
